Established in May 2008, Pingdingshan Kaiyuan Special Graphite Co.,Ltd. is mainly focus on the production of special graphite and the deep processing of graphite products . We are located in western Shenlou village , Wei dong District, Pingdingshan City. It is originated from Pingdingshan Shenlou carbon factory. It is a new company since carried out the technical development and product conversion. The company’s project belongs to the national Torch Program, state-level key new products. We have a strong technical team. Now we have over 200 staffs, 54 of them have the college degree or above and there are 26 R&D members.

We own a complete isostatic pressing graphite production line and a molded graphite production line . The main equipment are: 1 set of LDJ1250/3200-200YS cold isostatic pressing machine, one 12500 tons mould pressing machine ,two sets of 4R pendulum grinder, two sets of 1500L kneading machine, two 25KG high pressure impregnation containers ,a set of automatic weighing, transport, cooling system, 3 energy-saving and environmental protection calcining kilns. The annual producing capability for isostatic pressing graphite is 2500 tons and molded graphite 3500 tons.

The Isostatic pressing graphite and molded graphite are all new materials. Graphite has the properties of good conductivity, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, high purity, self lubrication,thermal shock, isotropy , easy accurately machining etc.. It is not only the non-substituable material for making single crystal furnace, metal continuous casting graphite crystallizer and graphite electrode for EDM, but also the best choice for making a rocket nozzle, graphite reactor reduction materials and reflecting materials. And it also has a number application in metallurgy, mouldling, machinery, light industry, textiles, chemical industry, electronics and other industries. The graphite products are quite popular on the domestic market , they are exported to Europe and other countries too.

Till 2016, our company has applied for 12 patents which including "isostatic graphite production method" invention patent. In 2011 December, the "isostatic graphite products new producing technology" passed through the identification of science and Technology Department of Henan province. It is believed that this technology leads the domestic field in the large size of isostatic pressing graphite producing technique. By the end of 2016,We have fulfilled over 40 R & D projects and the total R&D expense reached 2407 RMB. These projects make remarkable economic benefits and social benefits. We have the complete quality management system. we also have achieved ISO9001 quality management system certification.
